Rates and Policies

We offer multi-week and monthly discounts (not built into the pricing engine - contact us).  All pricing assumes a 7 day stay.  Shorter stays may incur a short stay premium of $100/night.

**CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DAY IS SATURDAY AND REQUIRES A SEVEN DAY MINIMUM.

  

Cleaning Fee - $450

Security Gate Fee

Effective January 1st, 2023 we will be charged a security gate fee of $40 per car.  As part of your reservation, we will absorb the first two cars but will pass on any fees for gate passes you require.  There is a maximum of 5 cars allowed per Town rules.  Additional fees will be collected the week prior to your arrival.

Golf Cart

Daily - $125

Weekly - $700

50% due at time of booking

Remaining due 30 days before check-in

Cancellation Policy

95% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to check-in (The 5% covers our card processing fees.  We have had too many cancellations within hours/days of booking which costs us a lot of money - Sorry!)

50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in

0% refund if cancelled less than 30 days in advance

(We will do our best to rebook your cancelled time.  If we are able to rebook the time, we will refund additional monies collected.)

Damage Deposit

We do not collect a damage deposit.  In lieu of a deposit we require you to pay for damage protection of $79 for the length of your stay.  Please see our damage protection page for more details.
